In accordance with Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, which regulates consumer rights within contracts concluded with professionals, we provide the following information regarding our return policy:

1. Right of Return:
   • The consumer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days, without penalties and without stating any reason. This withdrawal period begins from the moment you receive the products.
   • The right of return applies only to individuals.
2. Return Costs:
   • The only costs to be borne by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products.
3. Refunds:
   • For orders paid by card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction.
   • The maximum refund period is 30 days from the acceptance of the return.
4. Products not eligible for return:
   • Unsealed products.
   • Products whose original packaging is damaged.
   • Products that have been used.
