Proder Foam Degras self-foaming degreaser, 5L, is the ideal solution for daily cleaning of areas with persistent and burnt-on dirt. Thanks to its high alkalinity and special foaming formula, this product facilitates effective wetting, penetration and emulsification of grease residues, being perfect for use in the food industry.

Applications:

Proder Foam Degras is specially designed for cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing areas soiled with grease and burnt residues in various food industries:

• Meat industry and slaughterhouses: Effectively cleans ovens, fryers, smoking chambers and processing equipment.
• Canning and dairy factories: Ideal for plates, presses, autoclaves, work utensils, floors and walls.
• Heavily soiled surfaces: Can be used on any surface with persistent dirt, but is not compatible with aluminum, galvanized or other soft metals.

Dosage and Usage:

• Surface preparation: Wet surfaces with pressurized water before cleaning. On very greasy surfaces, use water at 50-60ºC.
• Use in foam stations or cannons: Dose between 2 and 3% for industrial applications.
• Rinsing: After cleaning and disinfection, rinse thoroughly with drinking water to completely remove the product.
• Manual use: For cleaning work utensils, use a product solution between 5 and 10%, applied hot for maximum efficiency.
