When diluted with water, it’s also ideal for cleaning deep fryers by soaking.

Instructions for use:

Cleaning ovens/grills:

Ensure the surface temperature is below 80°C (optimally 60-80°C).
Spray concentrated Suma Grill D9 directly onto the surface using the foam applicator with extension.
Leave to act for 5 to 30 minutes, depending on the degree of soiling.
Remove dirt with a wire sponge or brush.
Rinse thoroughly with clean, hot water and allow to dry.

Cleaning deep fryers:

Drain the oil and close the valve.
Fill the fryer with water to just below the oil fill level.
Add 1 liter of Suma Grill D9 for every 10 liters of water (10% solution).
Turn on the fryer and bring to a controlled boil for 15-30 minutes.
After cooling and draining, scrub remaining residue with a sponge or brush.
Rinse twice with clean hot water and allow to dry.

Cleaning grill extractors:

Dismantle the grill extractor.
Use Suma Grill D9 at a concentration of minimum 50 ml/liter of hot water (5% solution).
Leave to act for 15-60 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow to dry.
