RETURN POLICY
According to O.G. 130\/2000, the consumer has the right to unilaterally cancel the order, notifying in writing or by telephone that they are renouncing the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 days of receiving the product. Renouncing the purchase is applicable only to individual customers (art. 2 lit. b).
The law also stipulates that contracts for the supply of products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or which may deteriorate or deteriorate rapidly (art. 10 lit. c) cannot be unilaterally terminated. Thus, the returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, in its original packaging (including the protective film, if any), with all related accessories\/consumables, without any signs of wear, modification, or consumption, both in the case of the product and the accompanying accessories\/consumables, with the warranty labels intact and the original documents that accompanied it (tax invoice, warranty certificate, instructions for use, etc.).
The return of the products will be made at the customer’s expense, using the same transport service used for the shipment, to the address below.
Upon receipt, the package will be checked to see if it meets the above conditions, otherwise it will be refused. Thus, packages containing products in a condition other than that in which they were delivered, those that were not returned using the same transport service used for shipping, those whose return was not notified in advance, as well as those containing products damaged during transport as a result of improper packaging will be refused.
For orders paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction within a maximum of 30 days from the acceptance of the return.<\/em><\/p>

\u2013 informing Customers\/Buyers about the status of their Account, including the validation, dispatch, and invoicing of Orders, resolving cancellations or problems of any kind relating to an Order, the Goods and\/or services purchased,<\/p>

\u2013 sending newsletters and\/or periodic alerts via electronic mail (e-mail, SMS)<\/p>

\u2013 market research, tracking and monitoring sales and customer\/buyer behavior.<\/p>

1.3.<\/strong> By filling in the data in the Account Creation and\/or Order Form, the Buyer declares and unconditionally accepts that their personal data will be included in the Hygieneplus.ro database and gives their express and unequivocal consent for all such personal data to be stored, used, and processed for the purpose set out in point 1.2 above.<\/p>

1.4.<\/strong> By reading this document, you acknowledge that you are guaranteed the rights provided by law, namely the right to information, the right of access to data, the right of intervention, the right of opposition, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, the right to seek legal redress in the event of a violation of the rights guaranteed by Law 677\/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.<\/p>

1.6.1.<\/strong> rectification, updating, blocking, or deletion of data whose processing does not comply with Law 677\/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, in particular incomplete or inaccurate data;<\/p>

1.6.2.<\/strong> transforming data into anonymous data whose processing does not comply with Law 677\/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data;<\/p>

1.6.3.<\/strong> notification to third parties to whom the data have been disclosed, unless such notification proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort compared to the legitimate interest that could be harmed.<\/p>

1.7.<\/strong> Hygieneplus.ro may also provide the Buyer’s personal data to other companies with which it has partnerships, but only on the basis of a confidentiality agreement on their part and only for the purposes mentioned in point 16.3., whereby it guarantees that this data is kept secure and that the provision of this personal information is done in accordance with the legislation in force, as follows: courier service providers, marketing service providers, payment\/banking service providers, telemarketing or other services provided by companies with which we may develop joint programs to offer our Goods and Services on the market, insurers.<\/p>
